Sport specific training is all about conditioning your body for optimal performance, Fitness Comes First will provide the foundations that are required for the technical model of your sport to be applied successfully. Conditioning is a crucial part of every sport, making sure that the body is fit enough, the main muscles utilised are trained so that they are well rehearsed in providing effective function.

This will involve training the specific muscle fibres in the correct manner ensuring that the right energy systems are also being employed, this will also involve sport psychology applications.
