Pregnancy and Post Natal Fitness

During pregnancy the body is placed under great physical stress, it is at this time when health and fitness is of the utmost importance, the correct physical activity / exercise can benefit the pregnancy before, during and after. This can improve the carrying ability of the body, reduce stress levels, improve muscular ability during delivery, reduce the risk of problems (e.g. pre-eclampsia) and improve the recovery mentally and physically.
